My mother is currently in this facility after breaking her hip on April 19, now this facility is discharging her on May 12. She is unable to get out of bed on her own or get into bed on her own. She needs 24/7 care. They are discharging her due to her Medicaid insurance not paying what they want. When you read their website site regarding this facility you will see her discharge is in direct conflict with their own statements. They care more about $$$ than caring for patients. I'm sure they could find the $$$ to cover her care. Those of you with negative reviews should find an attorney who will have no issues recovering big $$$ for your issues with this facility. I left me phone number with Kingston on their contact us portion of their web page. Let's see if they call me.

I was treated by Gary in the outpatient physical therapy department. He went above and beyond with his care and skilled expertise to provide me with the best possible care. I appreciate all his hard work and most importantly, I am feeling much better!!

The nursing care is so bad, it’s down right dangerous. The nurses were not doing their basic nursing assessments of listening to lung sounds. They discharged my grandma home with fluid in her lungs and audible crackling. Her home nurse arrived to her house to assess her two hours after her discharge and had to send her straight to the ER. If the nurses at Kingston were doing even the bare minimum of listening to lung sounds during assessments, they could have heard the crackling and treated the fluid build up. Instead they let her sit there for over a week being untreated and then gave her the green light to be discharged home. Disgraceful and incompetent nursing care!
