Not impressed with the run around related to communications about patients in memory care and lack of proper handling of HIPAA. The fact that it took 8 weeks to get updates about my grandmother then was told by the director of memory care that I wasn't able to get any when my grandmother wasn't answering her phone for 8 weeks straight when I'm out of state is ridiculous. I've been getting updates for 2 years and then this started happening this Fall. On top of that I flower delivery that I was assured was delivered to my grandmother was never accounted for as she left this facility after a severe fall that she's now in a hospital for. If this is your idea of elderly care like most places this isn't what my family paid for and now I'm glad to hear she's not coming back.

My elderly mother has been a resident here for a little over a year, and I visit her almost every day. The staff are warm and friendly, and have obviously dealt with seniors in various physical and mental states; I feel like my Mom is safe and in good hands. She had a fall recently, and I was contacted immediately, as were EMTs. Fortunately there was no serious problem, and I appreciated the professional way things were handled. Mom's rooms are clean and she has been able to decorate them with family pictures and other familiar items. She prefers to dine in her room, and she gets more than enough to eat. She also has her meds delivered by the staff which is good due to her short-term memory lapses. All in all I feel like Kingston Bay is doing a good job.

I love this place. My mother is super happy and Jami the nurse is Amazing. The care staff are super kind and my mother feels very safe and is making alot of new friends.

The Kingston Bay team is the best. My mother needed specialized senior care, which ended up turning into a short term hospice stay in a respite room. The staff were most accommodating/understanding of our difficult situation. Very professional operation with a cozy environment.
