The Kingston Bay team is the best. My mother needed specialized senior care, which ended up turning into a short term hospice stay in a respite room. The staff were most accommodating/understanding of our difficult situation. Very professional operation with a cozy environment.

My grandmother lived at Kingston Bay for a time, and our whole family loved the facility. The staff was always warm and welcoming, they were always ready to help, and gave my grandmother the best care. My grandmother for years said she didn’t want to live in assisted living, but after finding Kingston Bay her mind was changed. She enjoyed the daily interaction with the other residents, the arts and crafts, the small theater room that showed classic movies, and most of all the meals. She felt loved and like everyone cared as they even learned her preferences for breakfast everyday. I simply cannot put into words just how grateful I and my family are for the great facility and staff at Kingston Bay.

My elderly mother has been a resident here for a little over a year, and I visit her almost every day. The staff are warm and friendly, and have obviously dealt with seniors in various physical and mental states; I feel like my Mom is safe and in good hands. She had a fall recently, and I was contacted immediately, as were EMTs. Fortunately there was no serious problem, and I appreciated the professional way things were handled. Mom's rooms are clean and she has been able to decorate them with family pictures and other familiar items. She prefers to dine in her room, and she gets more than enough to eat. She also has her meds delivered by the staff which is good due to her short-term memory lapses. All in all I feel like Kingston Bay is doing a good job.
