I want to send a sincere and heartfelt message about your amazing coordinator Collen. Colleen is such an asset and instrumental person behind my mother's happiness and love of KindCare. She is so welcoming and inclusive. She makes my mother feel so special and engages in meaningful conversations with her. My mother calls me and expresses her love of Colleen. She is very attracted to her sincere personality and her ability to make everyone around her feel loved. She is charismatic, well planned, humorous and hard working. I always commend her by saying" I do not know how you do everything you do". She giggles and humbly answers "I love what I do". Our experience at Kind Care has been phenomenal. I could rant and rave about each member of your staff and your residents. Colleen is the glue that holds everyone together. Aside from my mother, she is the second person that I look for when I enter Kind Care. Colleen, you are very special to me and my mother. Thank you for simply being amazing.

I am writing this review to wholeheartedly recommend KindCare at Bristol for their exceptional memory care services. When our family suddenly needed a safe and compassionate place for my father, the team at KindCare at Bristol went above and beyond to support us during one of the most difficult periods of our lives. They helped expedite his move-in by coordinating with his out-of-state doctors and making his intake process as smooth as possible. Thanks to their efforts, he was able to move in within a week of our first visit, and they made sure he felt comfortable and cared for from the very first moment. From day one, the staff treated my dad with dignity, respect, and genuine warmth—truly as if he were a member of their own family. Their professionalism was matched only by their kindness. They took the time to learn his routines, preferences, and quirks, ensuring that he felt valued and understood even as his memory declined. What meant the most to us was the way they supported not only my father, but our entire family. They kept us informed, included us in decisions, and offered steady reassurance during some of the most emotional moments we’ve ever experienced. As his health declined and he entered end-of-life care, their compassion never wavered. They gave my father dignity and peace, and they gave us the comfort of knowing he was loved and cared for until the very end. I will be forever grateful for the care, respect, and humanity shown by everyone at KindCare at Bristol. They are more than a memory care facility—they are a family. I recommend them without reservation to anyone seeking a loving, professional, and deeply supportive environment for their loved one. With heartfelt gratitude, The entire Bouchard family

I recently toured KindCare and I was blown away by the facility and the staff. Finding assisted living for a family member can be such an overwhelming and stressful process, and I'm so grateful to Ellyn for taking the time to answer all of my detailed questions and ease my worries. She was so kind, patient, understanding and knowledgeable. The facility was so charming and offered incredible amenities. I was also very impressed with their memory care services and staff. The whole environment felt so peaceful, safe and nurturing. Thank you Ellyn and team for helping to make this decision so much easier for my family!

Mom was very anxious about moving. The staff at KindCare at Bristol were welcoming and pleasant from the time we walked in the door. They checked in with her several times a day, reminded her of events and activities and were so friendly. There was always consideration and acceptance shown when Mom got confused or forgetful. They've been so helpful every step of the way. Mom is happy and engaged in her new home. We are so very grateful that she is happy and safe now. We no longer worry if she doesn't answer the phone, especially when she says she was busy all day and never returned to her room.
