Mom has been a resident of the Kempton for over 10 years! She loves here and feels safe. In recent years, she has had to transition to the memory care unit. The staff takes amazing care of mom and the facility is always clean. We toured multiple assisted living facilities in multiple counties. The Kempton is the only one we trusted with mom.

Over the summer, the ladies at Kempton worked tirelessly to get my father and my stepmother into a place at their facility. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, patience, and professionalism. They truly do love what they do and all their residents. Kempton is a safe, clean, warm environment with lots of love. These ladies deal with so much on a daily basis to provide for our elderly love ones. Words can never express the gratitude I have for the work that they do. Thank you for helping at some of the most challenging times in one’s life. Know that when your loved one goes to Kempton that they are being provided for and watched over with the best Care. They are truly a family.

The Kempton of Jacksonville is an incredible facility to care for your aging parents. They took great care of my mother who suffered from Dementia and Alzheimer's for over 15 years. I never worried about her daily health care, hygiene and safe living environment. Her room was her comfortable home. The staff took great care of her and treated her like she was a family member. Always kind to her and happy to help with any needs. I always received updates about her declining health condition in a respectful and sympathetic manner. A special thank you to Tracie, Heather, Lay and Julie for all their attentive care and genuine concern for my mother. They made her feel loved and safe everyday in the memory care facility. I will never forget their kind gestures and heart felt conversations about her daily activities. God bless these wonderful care givers!! Angels sent from above to handle these unfortunate health situations with patience and grace.

My parents have been in Kempton for over three years. Honestly, it's the only place we even considered, and I have not been disappointed. The facility is clean and pleasant to visit, and the staff works very hard to provide my parents with the best care possible. My parents are receiving a level of care and protection that we could have never offered at home.
