Kauhale, Symphony at Centerville when we arrived, is a great place for memory care. We chose it after asking around and finding 3 different friends that have had loved ones there for years. So glad we took their recommendations!! The staff is so helpful and experienced with caring for their residents and just as importantly the family of the residents. LOVE IT HERE!!

Kauhale Centerville is an amazing community that transforms the memory care experience. They are a one of a kind community that truly understands the journey of dementia. The food is something you would see from a local restaurant, the activity program is fantastic (From senior proms, top golf, outings to local area, and live entertainment weekly), the care is always great and constant. I would recommend this community to anyone on the dementia journey

Symphony at Centerville exceeded my expectations. The care team including the staff behind the scenes are all remarkable people full of patience and compassion. The facility is clean and well maintained. My goal for my father “safety and comfort” That goal at Symphony in my mind was achieved and I am full of gratitude for that. I have had the opportunity to visit this community several times and each and every time it has impressed me. Community is the key word: the staff are friendly, responsive, and caring; the grounds and building are very well taken care of and clean, with a secure courtyard that feels like a park; and the food is tasty, fresh, and healthy. Having personally had a family member with dementia I wish I would have known about Symphony when we needed help.
