Thank you for being a Caring and Safe place for my Mom and Dad as they have traveled 63 years together and needed a higher level of care for the both of them. Having the different communities available allows them to get the care they need and still spend the time together that they desire. Your staff is amazing and we are so grateful that you have opened you doors and hearts to our parents. Thank you

I highly recommend Jurgens Park for my wife or 51 years, at their Assisted Living Facility in Tualatin, OR. She has been resident at their Ponderosa Bldg since December 15, 2023 following surgeries that have left her wheelchair bound. We looked at a few other facilities in the area and find Jurgens Park offers more individual and compassionate attention to her care including accurate and timely dispensing of medications, and help with showers and bathroom. They have numerous daily activities including "obligatory" Bingo, artwork, puzzles, exercise tailored to the resident's capabilities. They invite in regular musicians to play the piano and accordion for all three of their buildings, which house assisted living and two levels of memory care. If a resident digresses to needing memory care they can be transferred to the appropriate building onsite. My wife did play the accordion earlier in her life, cannot now, but the guest player plays hers for the group, which has been very pleasing for Vickie. Their food menus are varied and the food is of good quality and on time. They celebrate resident's birthdays with much fanfare along with a cake and gifts. They take regular offsite van trips to local facilities, and offer transportation for scheduled medical appointments.

Had to put my parents here during COVID. There was a stroke and a lot of unknown. We survived and did better than expected. On the other side of COVID, the place went to new management, under Sinceri. The place got considerably better. This is so uncommon for these kinds of places. I was honestly expecting the worse and was so wonderfully surprised. The staff actually cares and knows everyone by name and need. I don't think I've ever come for a visit where someone whose name I don't know gives me an update on Mom or Dad. Once had a nurse give me an update on an improvement on Mom's side with a tear in her eye. Such caring, amazing people. This is a hard business, but these people do the best they can and go much past the line of expectation that I'm constantly amazed. Mom is going through hospice right now, and we had a care team meeting today with 5 different members of the staff - it took over an hour, and we came up with the best possible plan. This doesn't happen everywhere. They do what they can to make things work the best they can for all involved. I'd say something like "I believe in this place so much I'd send my own parents here" - but they’re already here. And I'm so very happy they are.

Great staff and great facility! It is a unique setup, with 3 different homes/cottages dependent upon the care you need, and a much more intimate feel than some of the larger facilities in the area. Not as overwhelming, and staff knew all residents by name along with their likes, etc. The grounds are beautiful. Very welcoming overall, and I would highly recommend!
