I highly recommend Juniper in Williamstown assisted living to family and friends seeking a welcoming, warm and cozy environment for a loved one. My mother was extremely reluctant and would not agree to the thought of moving to an assisted living facility however, after we coaxed her into visiting Juniper she never looked back. She has resided in Juniper for 3 months and absolutely loves it!! My family is very grateful to the entire staff. They are very pleasant and kind individuals that work well together providing a safe and friendly environment. The transition was delightful to my surprise dealing with a reluctant parent. Megan was an absolute pleasure to work with and played a huge part in our decision choosing Juniper as my mother’s new home. She was instrumental in helping to ally our anxiety, answering all questions and assisting us in planning the transition. She is excellent at her job and is definitely an asset to Juniper. Lesha is also a pleasure providing updates and responding to all inquiries in a timely manner regarding my mother's medical needs. My mother enjoyed personalizing her own apartment creating a familiar home environment. With help from all of Juniper’s staff she settled in with great ease. She is a doing well and enjoys all of her new friends. The residents are a tight knit community and are very proud of their home. Juniper offers a variety of comprehensive daily’s activities. Residents as well as family are encouraged to share suggestions from activities to food selections tailoring to their needs. My mother and family are extremely happy with our choice! D. Cosenza

I don’t even know where to begin to share the kindness, care and time the staff and directors have taken with my family. We were looking for an assisted living for my mom, and just happened upon Juniper. From the moment we met Megan, we felt at ease. She answered every question, gave us a tour and took the time to ask questions about mom and her interests. We knew as soon as we left, this was the perfect place for mom. She has been there for a little over two weeks and she is thriving and so happy! No question or concern we have had is ever pushed aside. Brittany and Stacey have gotten right back to us, even on weekends, to answer our questions or calm our worries. Stacey even sent me an email on mom’s first day to let me know how she was doing. The staff at Juniper from directors to maintenance to housekeeping, do not treat my mom as a resident, they treat her like family.

My family had to make the very difficult decision to move my mother into an assisted living facility. Anyone who is tasked with making this decision is aware of how difficult it is to come to terms with a parent needing greater assistance than can be provided at home, and then ensuring that the highest quality of care is found in such a facility. Until I had found Juniper Village, I truly questioned whether we were making the best decision on her behalf, and whether she would be comfortable, safe, and feel regarded as a true individual. My mother has been a resident at Juniper for over a month now, and I honestly cannot say enough about her level of care and the improvement in her quality of life. She is in a one bedroom apartment that we have been encouraged to personalize and decorate, thus making her a true home. She has the benefit of daily housekeeping with a kind and warm staff, and has been encouraged to participate in the myriad of daily activities. Prior to these experiences, my family had watched my mom become more frail and exhausted, and in and out of the hospital was becoming a norm. With the care she receives at Juniper, she is stronger both physically and with regard to her mental health. We are all (including my dog!), welcomed into the facility at all hours, and made to feel at home when we visit or take her out for a day trip. In speaking with every staff member, they are aware of my mom's name, her quiet and soft-spoken personality, and have made an effort to really get to know her. Every effort is made to ensure she is safe and well cared for, and I couldn't be more pleased. I truly believe that years have been added to my mother's life and we are so very grateful.
