Juniper Village at South Hills provides senior living including personal care and Wellspring memory care. Our active senior living community is easily accessible on Greentree Road, but is set back on a quiet hillside. Our community features unique living spaces, inviting common areas, nicely landscaped walking paths, and a spacious secure outdoor courtyard for the memory care neighborhood.
We’re home to approximately 50 mature, vital adults. Our personal care suites are private and feature private baths. Our secure memory care neighborhood is ideal for providing personalized support with only 24 studio suites.

I’m incredibly thankful for the team at Juniper Village at South Hills. They cared for my dad with such warmth, dignity, and attentiveness that it gave our family real peace of mind. Every interaction felt personal and never rushed. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and it shows in every part of the experience — from the warm greeting as you walk in to the way each person engages with residents throughout the day. We are deeply grateful for the support and comfort they provided during such an important time. Juniper Village also feels far less institutional than many other communities; it’s genuinely home‑like. It’s a wonderful place, and the administration is truly top‑notch — they made my dad feel at home.

We moved my Grandma here this past December. She was only there a few months before she passed, but I highly recommend Juniper. Everything from the initial contact to the daily care was wonderful. The people who work here are all so nice and caring, the building was so clean and nice, everything was just fantastic. I wish I could somehow thank everyone in person for everything they did for my Grandmother, but there are people who took care of her that I have never even met. They certainly made her last few months the best they could be, I appreciate that more than anyone can ever imagine. Everyone, but Brooke in particular was wonderful. And that is not only from my grandmother's care, but some friends who have had relatives living at Juniper have said the same.

I found Juniper for my mother in a very dark time. They were a lighthouse in a bad storm. I commend Justin and Tyler for their kindness, and the staff for their caring and kindness. In the time my mother was there she loved the food, thoughtthe PT people were great and bonded with several of the nurses. I am also grateful for their ties to Commonwealth Hospice. They are a small place which can mean some slow times when it comes to things to do on the weekend but the community seems acive all the same.

We toured every community in the area when we found we needed to move Mom into a community. Once we made the decision on Juniper Justin and Tyler eased our worries and made our move with Mom seamless. Mom is doing great, making friends and we wish we would have done the move sooner.
