Juniper Village at Paramus provides senior living including assisted living and Wellspring memory care. Our active senior living community is located in Paramus, New Jersey, in Bergen County, just eight miles west of Upper Manhattan.
We’re home to approximately 100 mature, vital adults. Our community features cozy living spaces, inviting common areas, nicely landscaped walking paths, and a spacious outdoor courtyard. We offer 98 spacious studio and one-bedroom suites, each with a private bath. Our secure memory care neighborhood is designed after the gold-standard “small house” model.
We believe the keys to living well are keeping fit and staying socially connected. Juniper’s signature programs and individualized approach are what make this award-winning community one of the best in senior living.

My parents recently moved into Juniper Village, and we’ve had a truly wonderful experience so far. The move-in process was smooth and well-organized. The staff has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming from day one. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure my parents felt comfortable and supported. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents and their families. We’re very grateful for such a positive start and feel confident that my parents are in good hands. Juniper Village in Paramus NJ sets a remarkably high standard for senior living. Beyond grateful for the cheeriness & lovely way the staff have been with my mom & I for a seemless move into Juniper! The facility is clean, modern & thoughtfully organized to support both safety & independence. The staff is exceptionally well informed & consistantly demonstrates professionalism with positivity, cheerfulness & attentiveness to their residents. The activities program is robust & meaningful, offering residents opportunites to stay active, social & engaged. Dining services are delicious and nutricious meals. Overall Juniper delivers outstanding care & creates an environment where residents can thrive! With gratitude to Michelle, Charlotte, Tanishia, Megan, Sara, Simona, Stephanie, Aqua & the entire Staff who are Amazing!!!!!!

My family is extremely grateful for the care my parents are getting at Juniper Village at Paramus. The facility is well-maintained and clean, their daily meals are high-quality on an impressive menu, and the daily activities that are made available to them are fun and very inclusive. Most of all, we appreciate the professionalism and commitment of the staff. We've seen first-hand how these dedicated care professionals approach every situation with compassion and complete accountability. We have peace of mind knowing that our parents are well-cared for. Additionally, the administration is extremely helpful in answering questions and always quick to respond. We highly recommend Juniper!

My mom has been at Juniper Village at Paramus for over five years, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience from day one. The front receptionist, Tanisha, is always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely caring — she sets the tone for the whole community. The staff truly cares about my mom and treats her with kindness and respect. The team is incredibly responsive and always available for me, whether I stop by in person, call, or email. It gives me so much comfort knowing that nursing present 24/7 and attentive to her needs. My mom also loves participating in their activities and outings — she even went to a Yankees game this year, which absolutely made her day! I would highly recommend Juniper Village at Paramus to anyone looking for a supportive, attentive, and joyful community for their loved one. They’ve been a blessing to our family.
