Juniper Village at Paramus provides senior living including assisted living and Wellspring memory care. Our active senior living community is located in Paramus, New Jersey, in Bergen County, just eight miles west of Upper Manhattan.
We’re home to approximately 100 mature, vital adults. Our community features cozy living spaces, inviting common areas, nicely landscaped walking paths, and a spacious outdoor courtyard. We offer 98 spacious studio and one-bedroom suites, each with a private bath. Our secure memory care neighborhood is designed after the gold-standard “small house” model.
We believe the keys to living well are keeping fit and staying socially connected. Juniper’s signature programs and individualized approach are what make this award-winning community one of the best in senior living.

It was a hard decision to move my grandmother out of her home, but everyone at Juniper has made this transition easy. From the very first day that I toured, I knew Juniper would be a loving and safe home for grandma. My millions of questions were answered and my feelings were validated. I was no rushed or made to feel pressured. This was the best decision I could have made. Grandma has been there for two weeks now and is thriving for the first time in more than five years. She now gets dressed, does her hair, and is even shopping for a new lipstick. She quickly made friends in the dining room and raves about the food. I cannot recommend Juniper and the staff enough!!

I toured this facility with my mom when we were looking for independent living. Michelle,our tour guide was very informative and answered all of our questions. She was very pleasant and seemed to know all of the residents by name. It is a beautiful, clean facility. The residents all seemed happy and cared for. While my mom ended up choosing a smaller facility, we are keeping Juniper in mind, should she decide she wants bigger.

My brothers and I recently took our 91 year old father to visit Juniper Village in Paramus and we were all very impressed with their facilities. Everyone we met or spoke to before, during and after our on-site visit were so nice. We especially want to thank Megan, who was there by our side the entire time. The food they provided to my dad was also delicious. We are still researching other possible Senior Living places and at-home options, but Juniper is at the top of our list.

My mom selected Juniper Village at Paramus when I relocated her from FL, two years ago. This is where she feels seen, respected, and part of a family. The building and rooms are well kept and clean. Her family and visitors are always welcomed, including our well-behaved dog. We appreciate how the staff always knows what Mom is up to, are patient with her, and make the time to build relationship with the residents. Mom is greatly appreciative of her aides, especially Kadian, who makes sure her showers are a little 'extra' and is always with a smile and great sense of humor.
