Juniper Village at Paramus provides senior living including assisted living and Wellspring memory care. Our active senior living community is located in Paramus, New Jersey, in Bergen County, just eight miles west of Upper Manhattan.
We’re home to approximately 100 mature, vital adults. Our community features cozy living spaces, inviting common areas, nicely landscaped walking paths, and a spacious outdoor courtyard. We offer 98 spacious studio and one-bedroom suites, each with a private bath. Our secure memory care neighborhood is designed after the gold-standard “small house” model.
We believe the keys to living well are keeping fit and staying socially connected. Juniper’s signature programs and individualized approach are what make this award-winning community one of the best in senior living.

My family is extremely grateful for the care my parents are getting at Juniper Village at Paramus. The facility is well-maintained and clean, their daily meals are high-quality on an impressive menu, and the daily activities that are made available to them are fun and very inclusive. Most of all, we appreciate the professionalism and commitment of the staff. We've seen first-hand how these dedicated care professionals approach every situation with compassion and complete accountability. We have peace of mind knowing that our parents are well-cared for. Additionally, the administration is extremely helpful in answering questions and always quick to respond. We highly recommend Juniper!

Our family recently went through a very difficult transition just prior to my mom joining the Juniper Village community, and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. From the very beginning, the staff made the entire process feel easy, supportive, and well organized during a time that was emotionally challenging for all of us. What stands out most is how genuinely caring the team is. They treat my mom with true kindness, respect, and dignity, and it’s clear they really take the time to listen to her. The staff is incredibly responsive and always available—whether I stop by in person or reach out by phone, both she & I feel heard and supported. We had a specific situation involving my mom’s lymphedema pumps, and I was impressed by and grateful of how the care staff and nurses handled it. They arranged an in-service training for the team to ensure her treatments were done properly, listened closely to my mom’s needs, and made sure everyone was comfortable and informed. That level of dedication and teamwork meant so much to us. Knowing that there is nursing staff available 24/7 brings me tremendous peace of mind. I’m incredibly grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and reassurance of the entire staff as they attend to my mom's care.

My mom has been at Juniper Village at Paramus for over five years, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience from day one. The front receptionist, Tanisha, is always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely caring — she sets the tone for the whole community. The staff truly cares about my mom and treats her with kindness and respect. The team is incredibly responsive and always available for me, whether I stop by in person, call, or email. It gives me so much comfort knowing that nursing present 24/7 and attentive to her needs. My mom also loves participating in their activities and outings — she even went to a Yankees game this year, which absolutely made her day! I would highly recommend Juniper Village at Paramus to anyone looking for a supportive, attentive, and joyful community for their loved one. They’ve been a blessing to our family.

Michelle and Megan are very professional, helpful and nice. Juniper Village is very attractive and offers so many amenities I lost track of how many lol. The room has a very nice walk in closet and the trips and activities are cool. They went to see the Yankees and went to see an art museum the day we were there. If aging in place for your loved one is what you are looking for, this is the place for you. Also if this fits your budget take this into consideration as you also consider the amenities - Tje coordinators and staff were great.
