My mother lived in Evergreen memory care until she passed away recently. The care staff was very compassionate and very caring They took the time to dress mom in her nice clothes and Jewelry. She enjoyed socializing with the residents and participating in the many activities. She was very happy and always had a smile on her face.

BEWARE!!! They will tell you all you want to hear and may give you all you want but it wil be short lived. And then the true colors come out a time test it for yourself you will see . They have some amazing staff who I can point out to the tea but I can easily point out the ones who are all talk no action . My family member was there over 2 years and I’m very good at seeing a genuine worker and a fake if you move in you will learn the same over time. Don’t be fooled by the cookies and the sweet personality upfront you are a number remember that it’s important. Over time promises will be broken and they will tell you what you want to hear but don’t be surprised if you never get any call backs . will at first but after a few complaints your set aside forgotten. It’s part of their game plan to undermine you and have excuses left and right why the higher up in company don’t call back . Excpect to be ignored I warns overtime . Especially coming from corporate. They will answer or call first time but after that forget it they are terrible at at family customer service. You are a number hear and beware they increase you rent and care any chance they get. I gave them a option to fix my issue for 3 weeks and they undermined it like it didn’t exist. So so be it I will let others know beware they make promises they don’t keep and if they do it’s temporary. It’s corporate they are money hungry and care more about money then your family please take my advice seriously or else you find out over time after the initial time if playing it off its great

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my mom received at The Ivy during her final days. The staff was not only attentive and compassionate, but they truly went above and beyond to ensure both my mom and our family felt supported. We stood vigil with her for nearly two weeks, and throughout that time, the staff made sure we were well cared for, providing us with comfort and excellent food. During our stay, we had the opportunity to meet many residents and their families. It was heartwarming to hear the wonderful stories and experiences shared by everyone. We visited The Ivy at all hours, and at every visit, we saw a clean, warm, and inviting environment. The residents we spoke with all had nothing but positive things to say about their experiences. I highly recommend The Ivy to anyone looking for a loving and supportive assisted living center. The kindness, dedication, and quality of care provided by the staff truly made a difference during a challenging time for our family. Thank you, The Ivy, for making this difficult journey a little easier.

First I want to share that I know people have written bad reviews about this place and have been removed. My mom has been living in this facility for 6 week's. She has fallen twice. The last fall they said that she was getting up from her wheelchair and fell back. I asked if the wheels were locked, and they said Yes. My mom weighs 77lbs, how can she push the wheelchair back and fall if the wheels were locked. She had to be taken to the ER. The residents in the opal care always get fed cold food, and it's always sandwiches. How much nutrition does a sandwhich have?specially for seniors. They promise you a lot of stuff, and never follow through. This place looks fancy. But they don't care very well for your loved ones. My mom smelled like urine, and I checked her diaper and it was dry. Our Mother never smelled this bad, and i feel sorry for the residents because a lot if them smell bad. This isn't right. I work in the medical field, and this should not be happening to our loved ones. Today's date 2/18/24. My mom fell again. They found her on the floor around 1140 am. So that means they didn't check on her in the morning to get her ready for breakfast, whylen we pay for 155 hrs extra a month for 1 on 1 care. In 2 months she has fallen 3 times. This is not right
