I have a friend in the memory care unit. Visited over Memorial Day weekend and there was no staff to be seen. Unit is nice but our friends had to hire own private nurse to ensure their brother was properly cared for. Double expense for what the facility should have been providing. Patient had a serious fall while unattended before the private nurse arrived. Staff at front was nice enough but without staffing in the memory care unit it is difficult to get in and out when needed. Check out adequate staffing before you leave a loved one in this facility.

O had the best experience visiting my friend. although she is in a closed ward, everyone was dressed and out of their rooms. I was an ombudsman at another facility and it was no where as beautiful as this one. Great experience!

My family member was left unattended for over an hour at the dining table. No one was in the dining area when we arrived. My family member is legally blind and had dropped her utensils on the floor. They were so far from the table and unaware there was food to eat. They were unable to find nor eat food without assistance, which they did not have. The place is beautiful but the care for the residents is very poor.

We had sssooo much fun.. the staff aloud my mom ( my mother in law),Ellie Mae (my service dog) and I to hang out with some of the residents yesterday afternoon. We ( my mom, myself, and Ellie Mae) got to sit in and play Bingo with a handful of ladies.. didn't win any chocolate but that's okay 👌 ☺️. We got to hang out with the memory care residents and do a little dancing 😀. I didn't know my mom had so many dance moves.. and the smile on her face was priceless..The staff there was amazing.. I love how they interact with the residents.. and how they make you feel like family the minute you walk through the front door.. I love the extended security measures they take to keep everyone safe. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to put your love one's.. Go check out "Isle of Watercrest" for yourself.
