Independence Village of Plymouth perfectly balances independence with community support, offering an environment where residents truly thrive. The staff are the soul of this place, delivering professional, attentive care with genuine warmth, treating everyone like family. Their level of compassion and respect is exceptional. Life at IV is vibrant, with activities ranging from concerts and card games to gardening, group outings, bingo, fitness classes, an aviation simulator, and wine tasting, catering to all interests. The activity calendar is meticulously planned to keep everyone engaged. What truly distinguishes IV is its community spirit; here, residents are more than just neighbors—they're friends and extended family, creating a strong sense of belonging. IV isn't just somewhere to live; it's a place where seniors can flourish in their later years. If you're seeking a facility where your loved ones can enjoy independence within a lively community, I wholeheartedly recommend Independence Village of Plymouth. Special thanks to the Executive Director and the entire staff for the exceptional care given to my mother-in-law over the last five years.

I want to give 5 stars. My family member has settled in and now enjoys their daily life here. I have spent extensive amounts of time with them lately. And they have come to enjoy it very much. Thanks so much.

The staff here is caring and wonderful. Debbie Hall goes above an beyond for you. Its very clean, the food is great, especially the Brownies. Lots of activities for the residents to do. The main lobby is cozy with the fireplace and the bird reserve is delightful in the winter when you cant go out side and bird watch. It is also nice that they have a hair salon right on site my grandma was blind and this made is easier to get her hair done by not having to leave the building. I also appreciate that IVY does a lot of community outreach and they take the time to interact with the entire community and sponsor events.
