When I decided I was tired of handling snow ❄️ removal and yard maintenance services...I began to look for an independent living community. I decided on Hunter's Pointe and moved in about 7 years ago. The staff and management are very helpful and positive. The community here is a great place to be with a variety of activities and friendly residents so come on in for a visit and I think you'll like it.

I have been here for 1 year. This is a very nice place with great staff. We have a wonderful Activity Director who keeps us busy with all sorts of fun projects. We have different types of Musical people and Bands who entertain us monthly. It's a very safe & clean place to live.

I have been a Hunters Pointe resident since March of 2018. During all that time I have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean and maintained both inside and out. Anyone looking for a residential independent living facility should check out a Holidays facility. I recommend it.

My aunt has been residing at this establishment for several months now, and aside from the sales department, I have never met a member of management. The apartment itself is beautiful, and the staff is great. We absolutely love Home Instead, that has an office in the building would highly recommend them. With the amount of money we are spending each month, one would think that the management team would be rather antsy to be meeting as many family members as possible. I did phone down to the assistant general manager when my aunt first arrived and he was so unwilling to assist us in any manner that we opted to wait for the sales manager to return to work to ask for help. That one had to do with the heater in her room smelling like it was leaking gas. The next day, when I called, the sales manager was all over it and had it shut down within a couple of hours and the other heater up and running. Come to find out, this had been an ongoing issue with that heater. To this day, the heater has never been fixed. Just shut off.
