Forsyth Humane Society is grateful for our partnership with Homestead Hills. Their kind and dedicated staff and friendly residents join us for weekly Woof Walks with shelter dogs at Reynolda Village. Everyone enjoys the outing and fellowship. We appreciate their participation and support, and look forward to a continued relationship with Homestead Hills. My experience with everyone there, staff and residents, has been nothing but positive.

Awful. I am in rehab for a fall. Night stafff treats you like you are a bother. They don’t seem to be overworked as they spend their time in an entertainment room watching TV and sleeping. I have been waiting 30 mi minutes for someone to take me to the bathroom. I’ve included a photo of the totally inadequate toilet

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. My mom was here for a 10 day rehab stay after a hip replacement surgery. The RNs and CNAs are rude and lazy. While I was there visiting my mom, they stayed on their phones. The therapists told my mom and her roommate not to use the restroom by themselves. Each time they called for assistance, no one ever came. The most concerning part was the constant misadministration of patient medication. Each day, an RN tried to administer the wrong medication or the wrong dose to my mom. When my mom corrected them, they were rude and yelled at her. My mom’s meals were messed up daily. She was either given the wrong meal , was missing silverware, or not given a drink. When my mom asked about the wrong order or missing items, she was told that they didn’t have time to get it. This place is also For-Profit and kept my mom way longer than medically necessary. Her case manager quit and a nurse told me she was on vacation after I asked because it was 8 days and she had no discharge plan. The staff at the facility are rude, not compassionate , and clearly do not care about the healing, safety, and wellbeing of their patients.

The home skillednursing is the worst place ever experienced they were very mean to my husband wouldn't change him he got two bed sores while he was there and he didn't have any for you went there. He went there for rehab and that was worst experience he had they were not good. All CNA'S are not good the nurses are not good and they just don't care they set the residents in front of TV don't talk to them just leave them alone and let them just die. I had to go in many days and do there work and nobody cared. I'm sorry the worst ever CNA'S worked there and nurses are not no much better. I would not send anybody there not even my dog to live it's a bad place. I hope social service or state goes in there and shuts them down because that's what they deserve they're the worst place. They were supposed to be so great when never been so disappointed in my life. My husband doesn't want to ever, ever hear about it again. He said he wouldn't go back there for a million dollars that's what kind of care they give. They don't care I'll tell you one thing he was in hell that's what he said I couldn't wait to take him home and stop making him feel better today. He has slept two days straight for being so aggravated in that place and you need to shut it down now it's a bad place with bad workers and bad nurses any kind of person that worked in there was bad thank you thank you for nothing homesteady hills first place I've ever hate. Amilia was the best CNA they had.
