I recently toured Warburton Place Senior Living in Santa Clara and was very impressed with both the facilities and the staff, especially Christine, the sales manager, who was very informative, kind and compassionate throughout the tour. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The facilities felt lively and the residents appeared genuinely happy. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. What impressed me most was how exceptionally clean and well cared for the entire facility was.

My cousin stayed at Warburton Place, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment he arrived, the staff made them feel genuinely welcome, cared for, and at home. The sense of community, kindness, and attentiveness truly stood out. He absolutely loved his stay and spoke so fondly of the staff and friends who made it so special. Warburton Place will always have a place in our hearts. Thank you for all you have done for him.

I relocated my parents here sight unseen and it was a huge mistake. The first day of arrival to witness the wait staff not cleaning the tables and reusing silverware from one person to another was the first sign it was off to a bad start. Having to ask them to clean feces off the sofa in the community area even though employees had walked by multiple times and just ignored it. The meals mediocre at best but the worst part is they had no flexibility for meal time you were either in the dining hall at a specific time or there was no meal. You aren't allowed to do laundry until after 4p daily. What senior has the energy to want to do laundry after dinner. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night 7x in the 10 weeks that they were there. The office staff was extremely rude (fortunately that employee is no longer there) the best part of the community was the maintenance staff. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone unless major changes are made to the daily operations

My father has lived here for a few years now. It's a good fit for him. He is a widower and living at home was no longer an option for him. He participates in bingo and card games. The place is clean, staff is nice, they have transportation for his appointments, food is varied and he has his own place where he can retreat to. Overall very happy!!
