We recently chose Bluewater Lodge in Port Huron for my father after touring and comparing several other communities. Even though it’s a bit farther from my home than some of the other options, we felt it was absolutely the right choice—and we’re so glad we made that decision. From the very beginning, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made the transition as smooth as possible for our family. The community itself is clean, comfortable, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere that truly feels like home. What really stood out to us is how attentive and compassionate the team is with the residents. They treat everyone with dignity and kindness, and it’s clear they truly care about the well-being and happiness of the people who live there. The activities and sense of community have also made a positive difference for my father. Choosing a place for a loved one is never easy, but Bluewater Lodge has given us peace of mind.

Best senior home I have ever been in! Great service, great place lots for them to do. Great food! Lots of caring! These workers care and work hard. I love coming and spending time talking with seniors. And so many love it here as well!

Blue water lodge is an excellent retirement living facility. It's an absolute pleasure to cook for all these wonderful residents each morning and afternoon. I try to offer them a dining experience that Is visually and palette pleasing. I like bringing the restaurant experience to them. The staff and management are top notch. If you have an elderly loved one who is in need of an excellent all inclusive living experience look no further. They won't be disappointed. Thank you and God bless

My mother has been here since June. It’s a very nice safe clean place for mom and they take great care of her.Her room is the perfect size with lots of activities offered. They check on her often -help her with all her needs and the food is also great. I would highly recommend this place for your loved one.
