Hickory Hills

Leasing an apartment at the Hickory is not only extremely easy because of their friendly and helpful staff, but is an overall such a fun experience! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Everything is brand new and the apartments themselves are very luxurious, we were able to get a cute view of the pickleball court and the walking path which is also a plus. Hendersonville is a great town to live in outside of Nashville, my husband and I are happy to call this our first home together. :) Breck and Mallory got us through the move in process seamlessly and are just complete angels, helping throw the fun events for all the residents. They are just loads of sunshine. All our neighbors that we met so far have been such sweethearts at well. Definitely don’t pass this place up if they have any openings left, we just grabbed the one of the last of our type of floor plan (the maple) and we’re so glad we did, highly recommend!

Okay, I don't normally leave reviews, but I HAD to after touring here 😂 First off, this property is GORGEOUS. I've driven by it so many times and always thought it looked nice from the road, but seeing it in person was a whole different story. Everything is super clean, well-kept, and honestly just feels really high-end. The tour Mallory was awesome too. She was super friendly and made it feel more like walking around with a friend than getting a sales pitch. Breck and Mallory answered all my random questions and actually took the time to show off the little details. Can we talk about the amenities for a second?? The pool area is INSANE. It seriously feels like something you'd see at a resort. The clubhouse was beautiful, the gym was way bigger than I expected, and there were so many places to hang out and relax. If you're apartment hunting in Hendersonville, do yourself a favor and go tour The Hickory. The pictures look great, but honestly they don't even do it justice. Definitely one of the prettiest communities I've toured so far in my search!

I recently toured The Hickory at Indian Lake Village and had such a great experience! Mallory, the leasing agent, was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour enjoyable and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions and really highlighted everything the property has to offer. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. If you’re looking for a new place to call home, I highly recommend checking out The Hickory at Indian Lake Village and asking for Mallory!

This place is amazing! Whatever it is you're looking for, this place either has it or its within walking distance. They've covered all their wirh this property. From staff to amenities to home, this place is a banger. Quiet, beautiful, and convenient. We love it here
