Hickory Hills

Leasing an apartment at the Hickory is not only extremely easy because of their friendly and helpful staff, but is an overall such a fun experience! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Everything is brand new and the apartments themselves are very luxurious, we were able to get a cute view of the pickleball court and the walking path which is also a plus. Hendersonville is a great town to live in outside of Nashville, my husband and I are happy to call this our first home together. :) Breck and Mallory got us through the move in process seamlessly and are just complete angels, helping throw the fun events for all the residents. They are just loads of sunshine. All our neighbors that we met so far have been such sweethearts at well. Definitely don’t pass this place up if they have any openings left, we just grabbed the one of the last of our type of floor plan (the maple) and we’re so glad we did, highly recommend!

From the moment I called the front office and Mallory answered, we knew we were in great hands. About a week ago, my husband and I decided it was best to move into an apartment while waiting for our new home to be completed next year. I called all around town, but no one answered or returned my voicemail—except Mallory. She not only answered right away but also scheduled us a tour that same day. We instantly fell in love with the apartment, the amenities, and the welcoming community, especially the events they host for residents. From the moment we walked in, the office staff made us feel at home. We’ve had a few bumps on our end during the final part of the application, but Mallory, Breck, and Brandon have been incredibly helpful and patient with us. Their consistent communication, help and support have meant so much. Truly, thank you all for everything. We can’t wait to move in next month! Happy Holidays!

This place is amazing! Whatever it is you're looking for, this place either has it or its within walking distance. They've covered all their wirh this property. From staff to amenities to home, this place is a banger. Quiet, beautiful, and convenient. We love it here

This is a really happy place to live. It’s as good as it looks online and, honestly, the more you discover, the better it gets. A great experience always starts with management, and there are two standouts here for sure in Mallory and Breck. They are both attentive, caring, and helpful. I felt they were extremely available and communicative during the move-in process, which helped us a lot. They greet me by name now and are always on top of things. The apartments are well appointed and modern. The ones with fenced in yards are outstanding and a rare find. But! There are actually more features worth mentioning that you might not be able to find online. For one: the complex smells amazing! Also, you are close to everything you need. I am continually amazed at how fast I can run errands. I love that there are places within walking distance if we want to do so. My husband loves the Greenway and has been riding his bike. The app and security fob for the complex are top-notch and make me feel secure. If you want to let a friend in or receive a delivery, they make it easy. I love that I can stay completely indoors to check the mail or take out the trash. (The trash situation is extremely convenient.) The complex is quiet. I’ve met many friendly residents. There are a lot of pet lovers here and everyone seems to respect the policies. Parking is uncomplicated. The garage add-on feature is a real plus. The property is well-maintained and the amenities are new and well maintained. We are thrilled to have found the Hickory and appreciate the excellent management team caring for it here.
