Joe and his team have been fantastic. This facility is clean, the staff are responsive and have taken good care of my family member. I have a key fob that allows me access as often as I would like. There is almost always someone working at the front desk to greet me and answer any questions I may have. Overall, my family and I have been impressed by Heritage Monona and their staff.

My Mother recently passed away she was 103 and lived at Haritage for 6 years. I was there very often to be with her. I observed kind nurses and staff that truly cared for her. Her day was loaded with activities and things to do. Heritage is the all exclusive cruise ship that never leaves dock we were very pleased with her care.

Beautiful building from the outside, unpleasant smells from different areas once inside (near laundry rooms, by spas etc. Sinks can be found molded with mildew, clutter and stains. Building has potential but no proper leadership and or guidance, the help can be at times lack luster. Not to take away from the great staff who go above and beyond for the loved ones left here but residents can go hours without being assisted and or checked on, overnight staff have been discovered sleeping and snoring on duty, lastly the food for the most part is not very presentable or appetizing. Make careful thought out decisions when offered to place your loved one here. I cannot see this facility lasting another 5-10 years if continuing headed down this route, especially if state was ever to be notified of the barely passable conditions. More work has to be done.
