The Heritage at Brentwood® is a Life Plan Community, also known as a continuing care retirement community (CCRC). We provide residents with a choice of independent living options, including apartment homes, villas and garden villas, as well as a continuum of care on campus.
As Williamson County’s only Type A LifeCare® community, residents are guaranteed unlimited days of assisted living, memory care, senior rehabilitation, and skilled nursing for virtually the same monthly fee as their independent living monthly fee.
Beyond the facts of life at The Heritage are the wonderful people that live and work here. You’ll find friends and support on a beautiful 48-acre campus in one of the most desirable suburbs of Nashville.

Moved after husband passed away. Everyone is extremely friendly and the activities are there for anything that you might enjoy . I will give the food a 4*. The reason a 4 is I don’t think any place is worth a 5. The meals are very varied and the chefs soups are unbelievably delicious. If you are considering making a life changing move, I would recommend the Heritage.

We are well into our second year in the Heritage at Brentwood independent living and have nothing but high marks for everything. The amenities and living and dining are wonderful as are the residents from almost every corner of our country. As we age the skilled nursing facility on campus is a very strong attraction.

My husband and I moved in earlier this week and it is truly a dream come true! We feel as though we’ve moved into an upscale CountryClub with all the amenities and so much fun! The staff always finds a way to help and say “yes!” We are so thankful to have this right in the heart of Brentwood where we can stay and age in the community that we’ve called home for over 36 years. The neighbors that we have met have been beyond kind, knowledgeable, and friendly! Such a blessing for us.

All things considered I would rather be in my mountain house snugged up against the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and still hiking 500 miles per year. But at 85 with some serious health issues, I can't do that anymore. I had some concerns making the transition to an independent living facility. Not anymore. After 15 months at The Heritage at Brentwood, I am at home. Comfortable. Secure. Even happy. The Heritage has been everything they said it was. Absolutely as advertised. The staff is incredible. Warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful and kept that way by a crew that seems to work all day every day. Same for the inside. Spotless, bright and refreshing. There is more activity and community life than I can keep up with. And the food is good. Really good. I've gained 20 pounds! I can still hike. Not as far or as fast or as steep, but the 48-acre campus has its own walking paths and connects to miles of greenways and is just minutes from two awesome parks. At this stage of my life, I can't imagine a better place to be.
