This place is amazing. The food is impressive for a facility like it, it’s clean and well kept, and above all else the staff is wonderful. I haven’t met one person there that isn’t kind, caring, and willing to go out of their way to help. This is a massive difference from previous experiences. Highly recommend it!

Helena Pointe has been a blessing for my Mom. She has thrived there with friends who encourage her and they sure keep an eye on each other. The staff, from the famous housekeeping crew to management genuinely care about the residents. Even though my mom has had a recent set back, we will do whatever it takes to keep there. We know it’s where her heart is happy.

My mom just moved into Helena Pointe Senior Living this week, and I already feel such a huge sense of relief. I went into this whole process scared and overwhelmed, not sure what we’d be able to find within her budget or whether she’d feel comfortable in a new place. From the very first conversation, every single person here has been warm, patient, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to walk into a place and immediately feel like people are on your side, but that’s exactly how it’s been. Even though we’re brand new, it’s clear this is a community that actually puts the residents first. The staff didn’t just tell us what to expect—they walked us through everything, made sure we understood the process, and treated my mom with so much kindness. That alone eased so much of my stress. You can’t fake the kind of sincerity they show. The amenities and services they offer are way more than I expected. The daily activities, the outings, meals, and even the transportation for medical appointments and shopping trips… it’s honestly a huge comfort knowing all of that is available to her. I can already tell these things are going to give her more connection, structure, and quality of life than she’s had in a long time. I was worried about this transition for awhile now, but Helena Pointe has exceeded what I hoped for. My mom feels welcomed, and I feel like she’s somewhere safe, supportive, and full of people who truly care about what they do. I’m incredibly grateful, and I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place their loved one can thrive!

Michelle is very knowledgeable and answered our questions thoroughly. She took the time with us that we needed before, during and after the tour. Even got a hug before we left! 10/10!
