My parents have been at Heartis Village for five months and I have been extremely pleased with the care they have received. The nursing team and aides are kind and attentive, always encouraging my parents to call for extra assistance for any reason, and keeping close tabs on them. They have received wonderful physical and occupational therapy there- can’t say enough great things about Cindy and Lori. The staff is friendly, and all the residents are greeted by name throughout the building. It’s a beautiful, updated, and well maintained facility, When we’ve have the occasional minor maintenance issue, we’re always impressed by how quickly it is resolved. It was a difficult decision for my parents to move from their lovely home into assisted living but the team at Heartis has made it as easy as possible, and alleviated many of our worries.

Heartis is highly recommended in my book! From the moment you walk through their doors, you are met with such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the facility is always spotless and well-maintained. Truly a 5-star experience!

The staff is very welcoming and friendly, it felt like I knew everyone as soon as I walked in. The dining staff was quick to get orders taken and brought out to us and the caregivers are there for all our questions. I highly recommend looking into Heartis for your assisted living needs.
