The staff is very caring, they respect the people who live here. They are always having activities to keep our interest and bodies in good shape. I have lived here for 2 years and made many friends both residence and staff. Weather I am playing bingo, making jewelry with the manager or taking a painting class which is directed by a staff member; I always have something to do. We have a good Chef and the food for the most part is very diverse. We have all kinds and happy hour. We have different kinds of appetizers and drinks. I would highly recommend that if you’re looking for a place to live and your 55+ check out Heartis our building is new and it’s also hurricane proof. They have covered parking if you want on it and I don’t know what else to say other than baby, I love it here.

I've personally witnessed on multiple occasions the power and presence of what it means to have an excellent leadership team. The ladies at the front desk are friendly, professional, and helpful. The chef and dining staff provides 5 star level customer service and dining experiences. Whether you are a visitor or a paying resident. Lastly, I would be remissed, if I didn't acknowledge the leadership staff. From the executive director, nursing, marketing, etc.. Everyone that I've interacted with were down to earth, professional, and all displayed genuine compassion for the residents at Heartis!

Heartis is top notch!! Facility feels like home from the minute you walk in. Location is awesome with beautiful water views to enjoy sunsets and sunrises. But the staff is what really makes Heartis a special place! My mom and sister just moved in and feel safe, love the staff and are enjoying the food. Highly recommend Heartis for that next step.

Heartis is one of the best senior living communities I've ever visited! Both the staff and residents are super friendly and Steve the Maintenance Director keeps the place up very well. Jordan, Linda, and Megan were extremely helpful with showing me around the community, and Alyssa's activities are phenomenal and spectacularly engaging! The food also tastes amazing and even makes me feel at home (my favorite day is Surf n' Turf Thursdays!)
