Heartis Venice

I recently visited my friend, who lives in this building. I saw impeccable facilities and a staff that makes you feel at home. My uncle tells me the housekeeper service is great (even though he's a bit messy). They always keep everything clean and in its place. The food is always varied and tasty; I ate there myself on my visit. Without a doubt, we would recommend this place to those looking for a nice place for their parents.

I’m extremely impressed with this assisted living facility. The staff is truly exceptional—caring, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents feel comfortable and supported. The entire community is kept very clean and well-maintained, which gives it a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. It’s clear that the team here is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and uplifting place for their loved one.

Going on almost a year of having family here as Assisted Living is such a huge step for a parent/parents. In reviewing the year, we can honestly say that the staff truly cares and this is one of the best Assisted Livings in this area. They keep improving and are open to suggestions is what I love as they are about 4 years old. The administrator and nursing have been, and continue to be, super helpful, supportive and caring to our loved ones that are here. They honor the dignity and autonomy of the elderly which is so important. Many of the caregivers are very warm and caring. One of the major pluses is the dining which continues to be wonderful and they continue to upgrade and change their menu. Surf and Turf on an Assited Living menu? Wow. Impressive. Another plus is their outpatient physical therapy department, on site at Heartis but a separate entity from Heartis, nonetheless extremely effective. Keep up the good work, Heartis!

My parents have been residents of this assisted living community for the past three years. Over that time, I’ve learned that while no facility can care for your loved ones exactly the way you would, this community has provided a safe and supportive environment for my parents. The activities offered are engaging and thoughtfully run, and both of my parents truly enjoyed participating in them. My father recently passed away, and during that incredibly difficult time, the nursing staff and aides showed genuine care and compassion. Their support for both my mother and me went far beyond what I expected. The residents and broader community have also been wonderfully kind, which has meant so much to us. Assisted living is undoubtedly expensive and can never replace family, but I’m grateful that my parents have been in a place where they are safe, cared for, and surrounded by people who truly try to make a difference.
