Staff are amazing and the building is kept up to phenomenal shape. The minute you walk in your greeted with a smile and it is always clean and smells good. Maintenance does a great job with the appearance and the grounds

The care my loved receives here is the best! The resident helper Tonya Buckner takes such good care of them. She is always so pleasant and very hands on. I can tell she truly enjoys her work. She is a model of what all people in health care should be. Thank you!!!

Havenwood of Richfield has caring professional staff who take care of your loved ones when you can't. The facility is always clean and has a happy atmosphere. There is always something planned at least 5 to 6 days a week for all imterests. And they are open to adding new activities if a resident has other interests that may not be on the calendar. Havenwood of Richfield has been a caring, comfortable, attentive and safe environment for my mother who has lived in her room 2XX for over 3 years. If an issue or question has come up, the management has been very responsive and cummunicates with resolutions. Thank you to all the staff for all that they do.
