We have been impressed with Havenwood of Richfield every time we have visited my mother n law in room 215. The staff has been impressive during our visits as well. I have stayed with my mother-in-law and the staff Has always been very professional and helpful. I have had lunch with my mother-in-law and the food was always good. Havenwood has always been clean.

My parents met many great friends in their time here so far. My dad enjoys all the activities! The staff have been awesome and helpful as we went through a difficult time with my mom. Since mom passed, we still never have to worry about our dad as the staff and people at Havenwood are awesome. There are so many activities and he has many friends. We know he is in good hands. Havenwood is such a beautiful community with wonderful staff. From the moment you walk through the door. Tammy is prompt to let you in and so warm and welcoming. She's helpful, kind, and is very easy to talk to. This type of treatment doesn't stop at the door either, their entire staff are kind and generous as well.

The care my loved receives here is the best! The resident helper Tonya Buckner takes such good care of them. She is always so pleasant and very hands on. I can tell she truly enjoys her work. She is a model of what all people in health care should be. Thank you!!!
