We have been impressed with Havenwood of Richfield every time we have visited my mother n law in room 215. The staff has been impressive during our visits as well. I have stayed with my mother-in-law and the staff Has always been very professional and helpful. I have had lunch with my mother-in-law and the food was always good. Havenwood has always been clean.

Havenwood is such a beautiful community with wonderful staff. From the moment you walk through the door. Tammy is prompt to let you in and so warm and welcoming. She's helpful, kind, and is very easy to talk to. This type of treatment doesn't stop at the door either, their entire staff are kind and generous as well.

It’s time for a meal, I enter the dining room where the cloth table linens make it feel like I am in a fancy restaurant. Stacy is our executive chef who makes the best soups. My favorite is vegetable beef. when I come down for breakfast Tammy our concierge will bring me my news paper if I forget to pick it up. Every Saturday we have special movies shown in the theater room that Jada our activities director has chosen. My friends and I get unlimited popcorn during the movies. I have lived in Havenwood of Richfield for over 2 years and I have enjoyed the people and the staff Apt 227 Marty
