My has been at havenwood for the past two months since her recent hospitalization. She has received kind con passionate cate by many of your staff members. She was truly cared for. The memorial with the staff members was really appreciated the day she passed away. I will always remember Rabica and Amanda so fondly with the compassion they showed my mom. Rabica went way above and beyond the standard making my moms last months beautiful and cherished. Thank you all. Carla McKim

I toured Havenwood of Minnetonka and as a 73-year-old, widowed, retired from public service and a veteran, I was very impressed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I noticed there are lots of men with a strong veterans group, which really stood out. I love that it's an age in place community, where meals are included in the rent, and the underground heated parking and storage are reasonably priced. The building looks brand new, modern, and clean. I would highly recommend Havenwood of Minnetonka to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and well-run place for themselves or their loved ones.

While the facility itself is attractive, the quality of care in the memory care unit is concerning. Staff turnover is high, and several staff members were unfamiliar with their patients, citing that they were new. Personal care, including baths and showers, is infrequent, and residents often receive minimal assistance with daily activities. Residents are frequently secured in wheelchairs with seat belts to prevent wandering and falls. Although this measure may reduce fall risks for the facility, it can significantly compromise residents' health and well-being.
