I have been at Harmony for about a year and a half. I think it is a good place to live. I enjoy meeting the residents and the staff. Everyone seems very caring and willing to help you if you need something. The evening meal is good. There are days when I don't like what is on the menu but there is an a la carte menu that is always available. They also have a variety of activities during the day that you can choose to participate in or not. I think that it is a very good place for those of us that are not comfortable living alone.

I have lived here for 2 years and have found every employee to be friendly and extremely responsive to me personally and they are popular with other residents as well. I have made a host of new friends among other residents. I would be hard-pressed to state a single, consistent complaint. Harmony at Bellevue is a good place to live and I have no regrets having moved here.

During the ice storm in Jan. 2026, not only did Harmony at Bellevue’s (Harmony Senior Services) generator only heat 3 common areas of the 1st floor of this 3-story 180-unit facility when temps dropped to -0.6°F to 2.1°F, they were also misleading in their emails to loved ones about the situation. They did not tell us that residents were having to sleep in chairs & their wheelchairs in those three common areas if they wanted to be warm, or that the emergency outlets were not working consistently, or that they had a staff member guarding an exterior door to keep memory care residents from wandering off, or that the fire panel was not being powered so they were on a constant fire watch from 1/25-1/29/2026. Residents couldn’t even bathe during this time. This is not how our elderly and infirm loved ones should be treated! Ever! We should have been told the truth about what was happening. If you watch the news footage about this you'll see that my mother's room was in the lower 50's after only the first day without power and before temps dropped to -0.6°F to 2.1°F.

Absolutely five stars! The staff, building, and food are excellent. Dinner a few nights ago being enjoyed by all was salmon on a bed of rice with greens. Not a great picture I took, but you get the idea. I had a wonderful interaction with the Executive Director Danny, and I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He is very relatable and kind. We trust him empirically and thoroughly.
