During the ice storm in Jan. 2026, not only did Harmony at Bellevue’s (Harmony Senior Services) generator only heat 3 common areas of the 1st floor of this 3-story 180-unit facility when temps dropped to -0.6°F to 2.1°F, they were also misleading in their emails to loved ones about the situation. They did not tell us that residents were having to sleep in chairs & their wheelchairs in those three common areas if they wanted to be warm, or that the emergency outlets were not working consistently, or that they had a staff member guarding an exterior door to keep memory care residents from wandering off, or that the fire panel was not being powered so they were on a constant fire watch from 1/25-1/29/2026. Residents couldn’t even bathe during this time. This is not how our elderly and infirm loved ones should be treated! Ever! We should have been told the truth about what was happening. If you watch the news footage about this you'll see that my mother's room was in the lower 50's after only the first day without power and before temps dropped to -0.6°F to 2.1°F.

I’m new here at Harmony. I am very pleased with the management , their involvement with the residents, their positive attitudes, and being available to the residents. I’ve seen them at different times, on weekends, and their great attitudes. The staff, the food, the activities and the overall positive attitudes. I definitely made the right decision moving here.

Absolutely five stars! The staff, building, and food are excellent. Dinner a few nights ago being enjoyed by all was salmon on a bed of rice with greens. Not a great picture I took, but you get the idea. I had a wonderful interaction with the Executive Director Danny, and I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He is very relatable and kind. We trust him empirically and thoroughly.

Nice facility. Worked with the NEW Executive Director, Danny Phillips, and I have to say, he has proven his compassion, loyalty, drive, and dedication to do what he does. If you consider moving mom and/or dad into Harmony, you can be assured that he will take care of them. He has medical background and he thinks like a nurse too! LOL.. He’s all about preventative measures and he truly cares as if your family is one of his own. You can’t expect more than that. He’s also all about EXECUTE..EXECUTE..EXECUTE!!! He is one great LEADER to have for all the staff.
