Carrie Williams, Health and Wellness Director at this community is compassionate, caring and will make sure your loved receives the best care possible. We have the opportunity to provide the gift of hospice to one of the residents and she is great to work and collaborate with. Keep up the great job and great customer service. Well, my mother lived here for a year. The first 6 months were fine. Really sweet and caring people in all aspects of the facility. A huge change happened. 100 % down grade. It's so sad because this facility could be a gold mine. I moved my mom there because I live in Greatwood and it's 1 mile from my home. Many of the Greatwood families are going through changes in our parents. I started to notice the food changed. It became horrible. Mainly sandwiches and chips for meals. Not at all a healthy plan for our senoirs. The maintenance man and bus driver was serving the food. I just think that's unacceptable. No kitchen staff?....Another issue was the Medication dispensing, they started charging an extra 250$ a month to administer my mom's meds. In our lease it say assisted living med dispensing is included . It just became to much. I still know residents there and I worry for their well being. One care taker for 18 residents is just unacceptable.

Thank you so much to Rose, the activities director for making my grandbabies so happy today. We went by to visit dad for Easter and even though the Easter Bunny wasn’t officially supposed to be there until 1:00 PM she put on that bunny suit for the kids! My grandson was so excited because he said this bunny talked. She even gave him a bag of candy!

Overall, the facility is great they have amazing staff members they are very professional and welcoming every time I come and see mom. The only issue I have is the Executive Director. She seems very sweet I just don’t understand how she doesn’t make herself available to mom or the other residents. She is never in her office and when you do get a chance to see her she is walking around the building on the phone.
