    A majority of the tenants are enjoyable, but a lack of proper screening from management has become a problem. Grounds are not maintained as they should be, plus the thousands of dollars wasted last year on new plants which were planted by incompetent people and are dead and still maintained space. All this waste (and more) and rent was raised by almost 4%. This waste is not the fault of the tenants. I understand for a business the bottom line is important but True Connections should control the waste before they ask for a 4% increase when the majority here are living on a fixed income.

    Love it here. All the residents are so very friendly and makes you feel like family. The atmosphere is totally relaxing and safe. Nobody takes anything and all packages are left alone. Pets are welcomed and happy and there is something to do here daily. Love it here.

    Have lived here for 8 months and have really enjoyed it. It has really nice amenities, and the staff are really friendly. Also I have found that they take care of any problems pretty quickly. All in all it's a very nice place to live.

    We have lived here a year now. Lovely, spacious apartment, safe room nearby in case of Oklahoma storms, club houses for use when having special family dinners or get together. Ponds and fountains are relaxing. Staff is very friendly and attentive, plenty of activities to choose from. We love living here, wish we had moved here sooner. We are glad to call Grace Pointe home.
