Grace Pointe is an amazing 55+ ACTIVE Community. My mom has been living here since Dec 2023 and I have been living here since April 2025... It's a beautiful community that feels safe and our maintenance people are fantastic.

Accommodations are very good & maintenance is great. Quiet community and relatively safe. Would encourage those looking for a place to consider Grace Pointe, but do inquire about flooding areas within.

I’m a fairly new resident and love the location and the outward appearance of the property. Now that I’m living here I am finding it difficult to speak with anyone about maintenance issues and most things I requested weeks ago still haven’t been resolved. Very disappointed.

BEWARE of putting your elderly loved ones @ Grace Pointe!! If I could give zero stars, I would. My grandmother was put in the hospital and the doctors recommended she move into assisted living. We even received a letter signed by the doctors with these recommendations. My grandfather took this to the leasing office and she refused to make accommodations so they could get out of the lease! She said they had to give a 30 day notice and had to pay half of the remaining contract. Seriously?!? They are only 2 months shy of their lease being up, so this is a true picture of greed! Especially when you have an elderly person who needs assistive care now. I put a call in to the Corporate Office and no one will call back. UPDATE - I sent the below email as requested with no response. They have no desire to help. To whom it may concern - I received a response to my review on Grace Pointe and was asked to email you at this address. My grandmother was in the hospital for over 2 weeks. She was diagnosed with a slew of issues and the doctors strongly recommended she move into an assisted living facility. We advised that they were currently in a lease at Grace Pointe, so the doctor gave us written recommendation to have her moved. We went and visited an assisted living facility in Norman and began working with them on getting my grandparents moved prior to my grandmother being released from the hospital. After we began making preparations to have her moved, my grandfather took the letter to the director at Grace Pointe. He said she read the letter, handed it back to him and said he has to give a 30-day notice and will still be responsible for half of the remaining lease!!! He left so upset and told me we can't move my grandmother. We have since cancelled moving them to the assisted living facility and he is doing his best to provide care for her. Let me inform you, my grandfather is practically blind and trying to take care of oxygen, bi-pap and nebulizer treatments! He can't even see if her oxygen is in.. All because the director at Grace Pointe refused to help in this transition process. I'm beyond frustrated that an elderly community would not make adjustments in the event of extenuating circumstances such as this. Please let me know how to proceed and/or accommodations that will be made to make this right.
