Grace House is the best fit for my sister, who was in 2 other local assisted living facilities. The facility is clean and fresh smelling, and more homey than institutional. The management is responsive and the staff are so warm, affectionate, and friendly to the residents. There seems to be very low turnover of staff (which is rare). Periodic family gatherings are very nicely done.

The facility seemed like it was a nice place, but SARA did not do her job by completing the health insurance form and forward it to our insurance company, which did not allow our loved one to move in. We gave her plenty of time and she said she wasn’t going to do it. We even put in a deposit for a room, but since she did not do her job, now the room is gone. We just wasted money. I certainly hope no one else has that experience, If so, Grace House is in danger of losing potential clients. She also had the nerve to say that she didn’t have time to talk to me, even though it was her fault in the first place that the room was gone. When we first toured the facility, she was so friendly and lovey-dovey, but that changed once she had real work to do.

The executive Director Mbide is very passionate about resident care. He takes time to listen to us residents makes us the residents feel very safe and calm even if your mind may be distressed or in a chaotic situation. He is a great leader. the residents and his team are really blessed to have him here.

Grace House Assisted Living is a superb environment for our mom. The staff are knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. Good activities and a very clean environment. Highly recommended.
