Glen Ridge Health Campus

My mother stayed at Glenridge Health Campus while receiving rehabilitation after surgery, and our family had an amazing experience. The facility is spotless and always smells wonderful, especially with the aroma of the homemade meals being prepared for the residents. The Memory Care Unit staff are truly angels who clearly have a passion for caring for the residents with kindness and compassion. A very special thank you to Marty, Kelly, Julia, Dana, Andy, Kelsey, Isabel, and all the incredible aides who helped care for my mom. Your dedication means more than words can express. I truly pray that when the time comes my mom needs Memory Care again, there will be a bed available for her at Glenridge because I would not feel comfortable sending her anywhere else. Glenridge Health Campus is truly AMAZING!

I was a resident at Glen Ridge for over 2 weeks after hip surgery. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every way. The therapists were great and helped me learn how to walk/move again. You can tell and sense when people care and the staff at Glen Ridge do!! The discharge planning from Kelly was phenomenal. She helped explain many aspects of insurance and ways to help!

Terrible place to put anybody for rehab or nursing facility. The director does not like old people and does not care about this patient. My mother was in congestive heart failure and dying, and they released her when I said that I Was going to call an ambulance to come get her. The Director said we make sure you let them know that we released her that she’s not being picked up from us. She was weeping fluid out of her body and all he could care about was that they might get billed for an ambulance pick up. Wasn’t going to complain, but now that she’s woke up after being in a coma I think it’s only fitting that he should lose his job

Several members of our family have received care at Glen Ridge, including three of my aunts, and each experience has been a positive one. Most recently, my mother stayed there for rehabilitation, and we were once again very impressed. While she was there, she was able to participate in several fun activities, which really helped keep her spirits up and made her stay more enjoyable. The rehabilitation staff was encouraging, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping her regain strength and confidence. The nursing team was equally outstanding—kind, patient, and attentive, always making sure she felt acknowledged even during busy times. One thing that made an enormous difference for our family was the help Glen Ridge provided with scheduling and transporting her to doctor appointments outside the facility. Since both my wife and I work, they coordinated the appointments and took her to and from them, allowing us to meet her at the doctor’s office. This greatly reduced the amount of time we had to take off work and was truly a Godsend. Because of the care, support, and compassion shown by everyone at Glen Ridge, my mother made noticeable improvements both physically and emotionally. We are incredibly grateful, and Glen Ridge will always be our first choice if our family ever needs rehabilitation or skilled care again.
