Gencare is a wonderful company and Eagle Ridge is such a beautiful setting with a warm lodge feeling. The staff is so warm and welcoming! The food is excellent with even gluten free options that I enjoy eating. The Executive Director Justin Wammock is very responsive and ready to assist whenever I need anything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your loved ones to come live at Eagle Ridge should need need care!

We just moved my Mother-in law into this complex. It has been one of the easiest experiences thanks to Justin and Serenity! Every step of the way we were met with nothing but clear communication and friendly professionalism. They worked with us every step of the way, including communicating with her primary care physician, to help guide us in the right direction. This is our first move into an assisted living establishment and they made it seamless! If you are looking for an assisted living complex we would absolutely recommend Justin, Serenity and the Gencare Lifestyle Renton!

The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They say hello to residents by name and recognize their families when they visit. There are many varied activities for the residents to participate in. There is a variety of food choices, many which change each week. My husband is extremely happy here, and is very glad I chose this place for him.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful kitchen staff at GenCare Renton. My mother-in-law loves her meals, and it’s one of the few things she still truly enjoys. She often compliments Irma, the cook, which speaks to the care and attention put into each meal. Thank you Irma and the entire kitchen staff for their dedication, warmth, and hospitality. It's such a relief to know that my mother-in-law is not only receiving great care but looks forward to something as simple as a delicious meal each day. Your kindness does not go unnoticed, my husband and I truly appreciate everything you do to make her feel at home.
