My Dad was well taken care of in the rehab facility. He was there two years ago as well. Ashley and the PT crew do a great job with rehabilitation efforts. The nursing staff is amazing too Lisa and Fatu are exceptional as well. Highly recommend this facility. I will say the bathroom next to the nursing station needs updating as do some patients bathrooms as well.

My mom has been a resident for nearly a year. She is so pleased with the care she is given. We know whenever we have a question or concern that Lindsey, her social worker, will respond immediately. The daily personal care from the nurses and aides is top notch. Mom looks forward to her PT and OT provided on a regular basis. Multiple medical emergencies have been handled quickly and thoroughly, all the while keeping Mom informed and involved in the decision-making process.

My husband and I were very pleased with the care he received at Franciscan. Everyone that was part of his care team including the doctors, nurses, OT,PT, Dialysis, Social Services, Aids and others were very caring, thoughtful, and knowledgeable of his needs during this difficult time. I had visited other Health Care Centers, and although they were nice, Franciscan was by far the best. Thank you to the wonderful group of people that make Franciscan Health Care Center such a special place.

They made the transition for my mother from her apartment to assisted living a very smooth and pleasurable experience. Jasmine was very helpful in attending to all of mom’s needs to make sure she was comfortable in her new home.
