We just moved in on Friday. Everyone here is high energy with a bubbly attitude. They are phenomenal. One drawback, they don’t have much maintenance. We’ve had problems with our apartment that we’ve been trying to get addressed for the past week and they have not been. I need some racks moved in my closet so I can unpack my clothes and that is being pushed off. We have a kitchen sink that was sitting in a hole when we got here, not pushed down, not caulked. It’s pushed down now but it’s still not caulked. I just wanna finish moving in!

My mom recently made the decision to move into an independent living community and Forsyth Court was her choice. The staff are great and put a lot of energy into creating an upbeat and welcoming environment. The property is well kept and many of the apartments have been or are planned to be fully renovated. This is a big change but I know that the staff at Forsyth Court are invested in making it a smooth transition. Many thanks.

For the last several months the food service has been slow and is getting slower. Lunch is from 12-1 and drinks and salads which used to be served at 12 are now served about 12:10. The main meal is served from 12:35-1 or later. Residents are really getting upset. It was never this way before in the last 6 years that I have been here. I have spoken to the manager and been assured that the problem is being worked on, but it is getting worse. Having to sit for up to an hour to get your food is frustrating to say the least. Other than that, the fact that I have been here for six years speaks for itself.

Thank you for helping us relocate my family member to Holiday Forsyth Court. Janice spent a lot of time with me and my family member helping us make this important and emotional transition.
