Our family has had a wonderful experience here. It truly feels like a small, close-knit family where everyone knows one another, and nothing goes unnoticed. One thing that stands out is the incredibly low staff turnover. Many of the same team members have been here for years, which creates a sense of stability, familiarity, and trust for both residents and their families. My grandmother has lived here for six years, and during that time we have never had a single issue that was not promptly taken care of. She feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. As a family, we visit often, and we have come to know the staff by name. Everyone is always smiling, welcoming, and willing to help however they can. Vickie, the Executive Director is professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Angie, the Operations Director, is organized, attentive, and consistently present with both residents and visitors. These women keep the whole front and back end of this place running truly harmonious. Whenever there is an issue in my grandmother’s apartment (rarely), Mac and his maintenance crew are on it and it’s addressed promptly and efficiently. Kaylei, the Lifestyle Director, does an amazing job creating events, gatherings, and activities that bring everyone together. Her enthusiasm and dedication are evident in everything she does, and there is always something fun and engaging happening for the residents. The dining experience is another highlight. Bri, the culinary director makes some appearances out of the kitchen but for the most part is busy cooking something up and creating new dishes. The food is consistently so delicious that my grandmother prefers to always eat here instead of going out! We are continually impressed by how the dining room staff (James the manager, Noah, Cat, Lily, Witt, Marshall, Arianna, Morgan, Reagan, Audrey) have to get them all because they ALL remember each resident’s preferences, likes, and dislikes. They take the time to get to know everyone personally, making each meal feel welcoming and enjoyable. We always love to have lunch with her and seeing all the servers. Definitely can’t forget about Bill, the van driver. He is patient, dependable, easy to communicate with, and always has a smile on his face. He treats residents with kindness and respect, making transportation a positive experience. What stands out most is the genuine care shown by every member of the team. After six years, our grandmother still loves living here, enjoys the activities, values the friendships she has made, and NEVER wants to leave. As a family, we feel welcomed and included, and we truly feel like part of the community. We are grateful for the exceptional care, dedication, and compassion shown to our grandmother every day.

Flatirons Terrace is such a welcoming place. Both residents and staff are friendly and helpful. Food is good and served restaurant style between certain hours. It has all the amenities and activities we might need without being too much. It feels like home already.

I’ve had such a positive experience with this senior living community. From the moment you walk in, you can tell there’s a strong focus on creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families. The staff truly go above and beyond, they’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about each resident’s well-being. The community itself is always clean, well-maintained, and there are plenty of engaging activities that keep residents active and social, which really helps create a strong sense of community and connection. One standout feature is the dining program. The food is absolutely exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Meals feel more like dining at a restaurant than a typical senior living setting. There’s a great variety of options, and it’s clear that the team takes pride in both presentation and taste. They also do a wonderful job accommodating preferences and dietary needs without sacrificing quality. Overall, this community does an amazing job balancing comfort, care, and quality of life. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where residents are truly valued and well taken care of.

This is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities and a lovely staff to complement a unique and remarkable group of residents. I performed and met folks including a surprisingly active 99 year old and another who met Jackie Robinson and talked to me about the Brooklyn Dodgers. The location is super convenient and they have an incredible shuttle driver Bill who is full of jokes.
