Our family has had an exceptional experience with Fairwinds Redmond, and we are especially grateful for the support we received from Aly and Krysta, two of the amazing managers we worked with there. What could have been an overwhelming and emotional process of finding a safe and comfortable place for our mom was made organized, clear, and genuinely compassionate because of their care and professionalism. From our first conversation through the final steps, Aly and Krysta were consistently responsive, patient, and thorough. They took the time to truly understand our mom—her routines, preferences, and what “feeling at home” meant to her—and built a genuine connection that immediately put her at ease. During our visits, we were struck by the sense of community and quality of life at Fairwinds. Every resident we spoke with shared unsolicited praise about their experience, and we personally witnessed Aly and Krysta greeting residents by name, checking in with them, and creating authentic moments of connection. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and helpful, which speaks volumes about the culture and leadership at Fairwinds Redmond. We are deeply grateful for the respect, care, and attention shown to our mom and our family, and we highly recommend Fairwinds to anyone seeking a supportive and welcoming community for their loved one.

Fantastic amenities and staff. Very helpful with the guests. Lots of things to do and an amazing kitchen. Location is great and there are a lot of great trails. If you get the chance to talk with Jeanie she will make your day better! Very helpful and entertaining!

Kind, open, helpful, and caring experience. Our family have come to the difficult point of considering care options for our father. One of my brother's acquaintances shared information about Fairwinds - Redmond. So, I rang up with little understanding for how to begin engaging with retirements/care communities and I was put in touch with Krysta, who is part of their sales team. Krysta spent a good bit of time with me, sharing information about Fairwinds and helping me to understand how to approach this process and what to consider for my dad and our family. Krista was lovely, friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient. I could not sing her praises any louder or, by extension, that of Fairwinds for employing such genuine, good-hearted people like Krysta who 'lead with love' and try to leave everyone they encounter better than when they first met. Truly grateful!

The staff and residents are friendly, the shared facilities are nice and there are a variety of activities to keep residents entertained. My mom enjoys Fairwinds thanks to all of this. The biggest issue is the food. The food has been mediocre at best for my mom and it does not seem to be getting any better. Wait times for service/food orders plus food readiness also seem long. Options are limited and some meals are cafeteria quality. If you are told otherwise, I encourage you not to believe it or at least visit for multiple meals here yourself. Missed or shortage of items seems to be a recurring theme as well. Meal hours are also early and residents have no choice but to accommodate or spend extra money and time preparing their own meals in their units.
