Not only is the staff incredibly loving and caring to the seniors, but they have put so much attention to detail to really go above and beyond and give your loved one the best experience while being in the home. As a leader in the residential assisted living industry, I've had the opportunity to see many senior care models and operators. Evergreen Gardens stands out for its commitment to providing a true residential assisted living experience in a beautiful home environment. Eric, Josh, and their team are dedicated to high-quality care, resident dignity, and creating a warm, supportive atmosphere for residents and families. Their professionalism and commitment to excellence are evident in everything they do.

Having completed the Residential Assisted Living Academy and had the opportunity to get to know Eric, Josh, and the Evergreen Gardens team, I've been impressed by their commitment to providing high-quality care in a true residential setting. What an amazing place for seniors to call home. The residents here truly embody the heart and soul of the word family. I had the privilege to join this fantastic group for bingo night and couldn’t have been more impressed by the warmth and spirit . From caregiver Becky’s pizza that had everyone requesting seconds to the smiles and cheers of every single resident, Evergreen Gardens truly is a gem. If you are on the fence or looking for a a place for yourself or a loved one, I would not hesitate to join this amazing community.

Having had my parents in three different assisted living and memory care facilities in Strongsville and North Royalton—both privately and corporately owned—I can honestly say Evergreen Gardens is in a class of its own. Nothing else compares. If you’re facing the difficult decision of moving your loved one into assisted living or memory care, please know this: Evergreen Gardens feels like family. The care here is personal, loving, and genuine—just as if close friends or relatives were looking after your loved one. Since there will only ever be 16 residents, Evergreen Gardens offers something truly rare and special: a warm, close-knit community where everyone knows each other by name. It doesn’t feel like a facility, and it isn't one—it feels like home. My mother has only been here for two weeks, and the change has been nothing short of remarkable. She arrived without strength, wheelchair-bound, and we were told that would be her reality. Today—just two weeks later—she’s walking the entire building on her own with a walker. It’s nothing short of stunning, and a testament to the care and encouragement she’s received. Evergreen Gardens is more than a care facility; it’s a golden opportunity to give your loved one the best. The residents here are sweet, kind, and full of life (and plenty of humor too!).
