Elizabeth Residence has been a family-owned and operated senior care community since 1988. Our Oak Creek location, located in the charming Meadowview Park neighborhood, offers compassionate, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our Comprehensive Care Unit (memory care & assisted living), opened in 2011, features 20 thoughtfully designed rooms focused on comfort, safety, and meaningful connections. With individualized care tailored to each resident’s needs and a strong sense of community, we are committed to helping residents feel at home. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our campus with 30 additional assisted living and memory care units, furthering our tradition of exceptional senior care.
