My mom moved back into this location after spending some time else where. Director Renatta Hamilton was able to facilitate movers and help my mom fit right back into the community. She is super responsive to questions and is also 💯 helpful to my mom and myself. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place so that your parents can still live independently with a great community, friendly and helpful staff, and fantastic food!

I visited this community two year ago with my parents. We toured about ten communities all price ranges, the caring and kindness stood out. At that time parents decided they were not ready to move. My mother passed suddenly, leaving my father states away. I called the Director Renatta Hamilton and she helped me facilitate a quick move. While a sudden change, the team was patient and understanding, while I was frantic and overwhelmed. I can’t underestimate the invaluable peace they have given me, while I was undergoing the difficult task of moving my dad after sixty years of marriage. The residents and staff have been so friendly. It is a huge relief to know my father is in good place.

I lived at the Pines for six years. It use to have a family type atmosphere until the current director arrived. I was told to leave because I had two many falls however the property is now identifying itself as assisted living. The relationship between the executive director and the former business manager is very questionable. Ivan say that if you criticize either your stay at the Pines will be very uncomfortable. I and several others chose to move into our own stand alone apartments. My apartment has a fireplace, dishwasher, garbage disposal and is twice the size of a 1 bedroom at the pines. I get all that for $1600.less.They don’t have 24 hour dining. If you are able to get a regular apartment, I would strongly suggest that you do.
