5 Stars – Highly Recommend! We moved my grandma into Dimensions Living over a year ago, and the difference in her well-being has been incredible. She’s happier, more engaged, and truly thriving in this environment. The staff here are absolutely amazing always kind, patient, and genuinely seem to love what they do. It shows in the way they interact with residents and families alike. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and always smells fresh. There’s a warm, homey atmosphere that really sets it apart. They also offer a great variety of activities music, crafts, bingo, and more so there's always something for Grandma to enjoy. 10/10 would bring another grandma if I had one

My grandfather lived at Dimensions Living Oconomowoc for the last year of his life, after his dementia progressed to a point where he needed full-time support. I was heartbroken when we had to move him out of the family home, but the staff at Dimensions made the transition as smooth and compassionate as possible—for both him and us. Every time I visited, he was clean, well-fed, and engaged in some kind of activity, whether it was music therapy, gardening, or just sitting with others and enjoying the sunshine. The caregivers were incredibly patient and genuinely seemed to care about him—not just as a patient, but as a person. Even during difficult moments, like when he would become confused or agitated, they handled everything with calm professionalism and kindness. They always kept us updated, and I never felt out of the loop. I truly believe they helped preserve his dignity and gave him quality of life in his final chapter. We’re forever grateful to the entire team. It takes a special kind of person to do this work, and everyone here has that gift. If you're looking for a memory care home for a loved one, I can't recommend this place highly enough

Avoid this place. I was just belittled by a corporate staff member for not knowing how to fill out their paperwork. Aura *was* an amazing place until Dimensions Living took over. The day to day staff is still amazing but the corporation is awful and the leadership is now a joke. Just 4 months after the change in ownership from Azura to DL the change is black and white. I would never recommend having a loved one here despite the kind thoughtful hands on staff. My how is the staff somehow manage to survive, but I'll understand when they leave.

If I had created the facility (FAMILY) myself, I could never have come up with a better place for my mom. The level of care, compassion, patience and professionalism displayed by every single caregiver (I know that isn't everyone's title, but they all fit the description) is second to none. In the worst time of my mom's life, I am comfortable and confident that she is in the most capable, caring hands possible. 💜💜💜
