Diamond Ridge is a wonderful place to live if you are a senior. We have daily activities that are appropriate for our age group and take into consideration any physical limitations we might have. The food is good and we have several choices off the menu for each meal. Perhaps the best part of Diamond Ridge is the management team. Each member of the team is approachable and if he/she is not the appropriate person to handle the issue, they pass it on to another team member. No chasing people around to get things done. I previously lived in another independent living complex and Diamond Ridge provides me the safety, variety in food and activities, and approachable staff that makes this a very happy place to live. I would recommend Diamond Ridge to anyone looking for a wonderful senior community to join ! ❤️

Diamond Ridge is truly a wonderful community! The staff go above and beyond every single day — they’re caring, attentive, and make residents feel like family. The community itself is warm, welcoming, and full of life, with plenty of activities and smiles all around. You can tell the team genuinely loves what they do. Highly recommend!

This place raises the rent a lot each year and has decided they would save money by eliminating toilet paper. The heating system is ridiculous. The residents can’t control the heat. It’s 85 degrees in the place during the winter. To cool it down you are advised to open your window. Very unsafe for elderly. They sunk all the money into making the common areas pretty but haven’t fixed a ceiling in an apartment that leaked from above over 8 months. The employee turned over is crazy. Says a lot about a place if they can’t keep their employees.

I don't even know where to begin but this place is full of dishonest people. Starting at the management level that gets you to sign a lease and then raises rent 6 months later, almost $400 more than your agreed upon price. The food is terrible, the management team seem nice but are shady, they allowed someone to enter my brothers room after he passed away and that person stole two computers from my brother. There are multiple people that have master keys to rooms that shouldn't have them. They then wanted to charge half a months rent, despite the fact we paid for the month of October and were out of the apartment within a week of my brothers passing but wanted to charge for half of November. When asked for this information in writing, they would not produce anything. We ended up calling the police about the theft to my brothers room only to find out that the Troy PD had several calls for that place. Stay away, your loved ones will be preyed upon.
