I work here and I love it here. I came from California and didn’t know that you could actually work for nice people. Rodger, Kristina, and Aliya are wonderful managers. The staff is all awesome too. The residents are so sweet. This company offers so much for the residents to do. The best part is I get to partake in the fun. This is a great place to work and a great place to live.

I have only been here since January 31st. I am impressed with the staff they're all very friendly very helpful and willing to laugh at my stupid dad jokes. Was really hesitant on moving in here wasn't sure if it was for me but I am so glad that I did and having a blast come visit us

I worked with Marlene Castillo she was the best walking us thru everything in the facility for my Mom made us feel so welcomed and extremely knowledgeable in everything !

The overall experience for both my mom (89) and my husbands mom (84) has been positive. They have lived there for 3 1/2 years. They have formed friendships, enjoy the activities and entertainment. They do constantly complain about the food though, which is very important to them. They have both lost a lot of weight since moving to Desert Rose. They just told me the portions have been reduced once again and they are served sandwiches at night for dinner. This is very concerning to us.
