Danbury Tallmadge

My mother has been at Danbury Tallmadge for a couple of years. From the moment I walked into the facility it just felt “right”. It was inviting and warm. The rooms are spacious, clean and well kept. The nurses and aides are the best! They take the time to get to know the residents and it shows! Memory care has been the absolute best. My mother has her own apartment with the benefit of great nurses and aides so she is safe and well taken care of. They provide a great menu to satisfy just about anyone. There are activities for everyone. We are so fortunate to have found Danbury!

I can’t say enough good things about this senior living community. From the get-go, we were impressed by the dedicated staff who really take pride in their work and treat everyone like family. It’s clear they’re all about making sure the residents are well taken care of. Our relative has been nothing but happy here, and we can see why. The food looks fantastic—he can’t stop talking about how good the meals are. This place feels like a true community. The people are genuine, the staff is on point, and you can tell they go the extra mile to make sure everyone is comfortable and well cared for. My family strongly recommends this place to anyone looking for quality care in a place that feels like home. We’re beyond thankful for the care and respect they show our loved one every day.

Danbury is a very friendly place! It’s clean and the food is good and tasty! The staff is very caring of our loved ones! They have many activities every day for all to enjoy! Several different rooms and apartments to choose from to accommodate any situation! I would highly recommend this facility for your loved ones!!!!

I have been serving Danbury Tallmadge for 4 1/2 years as a chaplain. I travel to many assisted living facilities and I am most impressed with the care and community life present at Danbury Tallmadge. The staff genuinely cares about the patients and warmly celebrates their presence. For example, I wheeled a patient from the memory care unit to the front desk and a whole group of staff came to warmly greet her with laughter and a celebration of her new hairdo. The patient was beaming with joy that all of these people were treating her so nicely. I have found that the staff treat patients like their own families. Also, the activities at the facility are top notch. You enter the facility and the decorations for the next event greet you when you walk into the front door. Today was a celebration of Gone with the Wind and the activity direction Jenn was strolling around in a Barbecue Party Dress serving pecan pie. You would have thought you just met Scarlett O'Hara. I highly recommend Danbury Tallmadge for the care and the community that has been purposefully developed there.
