My therapy dog Martina and I have volunteered at Preston health center for over five years. 45 years ago my grandmother was a resident at Cypress until she moved to the Preston. Celia Furr was one of the first people I met when she was memory care coordinator at the Preston. Then she took a position at the Cypress as health and wellness navigator what a wonderful person! She was much missed when she moved. All staff is wonderful at both Cypress and Preston but I remember Celia being the shining star. All the residents are well taken care of in addition of being well fed! The food is amazing the residents also have plenty of things to entertain them. The grounds are beautiful as well. Out of all the assisted living facilities where we volunteer,I would choose the Cypress to move into when the time comes

My husband and I live near Cypress and have been extremely impressed with the level of services provided there. But what stands out for us is how efficiently things run behind the scenes. We have both worked the elections that are held there and have found the internet (digital) support has been superb. Galen Miller checks on the site before and during the day to ensure optimal connectivity. That is so appreciated because the Cypress residents who vote in record numbers never have to worry about disruptions.

The Cypress of Hilton Head Home Health Services has been providing care for my parents since 2019. For my parents, being able to remain in their home as they age has been the top priority. The Home Health Services team has made this possible by originally providing services a few times per week and moving to full time care as their needs changed. The case manager keeps me informed of any changes in health status, or additional needs. The team has built a relationship not only with my parents, but also with me. I never have to worry about whether they are receiving the right care.
