My Mom had the privilege of living for 4 years in Crescent Heights Concord NC., She loved everything about it. The beautiful building, the activities, the residents, the staff and the love she felt from all. My Mom died from Dementia in August 2025, and there never a day that went by that she didn’t want to go home. Thank you staff for making my Mother feel so special durning her time with you. I have partnered and worked with this community for years! The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and compassionate! Michelle and her team are always willing to help residents and families with their needs. Residents are involved in the many activities that are provided and there is always a fun activity to do! The apartments are clean, newly renovated, and well-equipped for residents!

Crescent Heights is a beautiful community located in Concord, NC. The administration team there is top notch! They offer a variety of activities as well as have supportive services in place to ensure your loved one is taken care of so he/she can age in place. I would definitely recommend this community!
