I have lived here at the Bondurant location since of June 2 025. I really do love it here at this point. In the beginning, I felt sure it would never feel like home to me, but over the months it has become Home. I enjoy the residents And the worker bees 🐝 here as well! They have alll become friends and we care about each other. There are a lot of assisted living/memory care places out there, and I can only speak to this one….it feels homey to me and the environment is very comfortable and caring. Pat Devine Thompson

Very happy with Courtyard Estates. Their new management has changed so many things for the good! Knowing that my father is truly cared for is everything to me. They don’t just put on a happy face when I am there, they show my dad true kindness everyday ❤️

My mom/mother in law lived here for almost 4 years. The staff has been amazing!! The director Sarah and nurse Christie has been wonderful and great at communicating to let me know any concerns. My mom recently passed and the staff was amazing and so helpful and caring for my mom. She loved them and was happy to call this home. I am so grateful for Sarah, there were a few directors before her and she is the best and very good at what she does! Robin and Andy Doan

My mom has been at Courtyard Estates for 3 years now. She has a beautiful room and has made many friends!!! The current activity director is phenomenal keeping the residents busy and happy. The staff truly cares about the residents and their well being. I'm so happy my mom likes to call this place "home" Shirley Miller
